This role is responsible for managing daily job site operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on installation experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to read and execute landscape plans and blueprints. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew of 1-2 team members on landscape installation projects Interpret and execute landscape blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings Oversee installation of: Plantings (trees, shrubs, perennials) Mulch and rock beds Grading and soil prep Hardscaping elements (patios, retaining walls, edging, etc.) Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations Communicate with management on job progress, materials, and any issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and efficiency Qualifications 2+ years of landscape installation experience (commercial preferred) Previous leadership or crew lead experience required Ability to read and understand blueprints and landscape plans Strong knowledge of installation practices and materials Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Dependable, organized, and able to take ownership of projects What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunities for growth within a fast-growing company Consistent commercial work and structured projects Well-maintained equipment and professional systems Potential for year-round work including snow operations
