Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscaping crew to execute landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and construction tasks with precision and enthusiasm. Plan, organize, and coordinate daily work schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects across multiple sites. Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water management. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during landscaping operations to protect team members and clients. Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures. Experience Must have references from current jobs in the landscape construction field. Hands-on experience with landscape construction projects such as planting beds, pathways, or outdoor features. Must have experience laying paver patios. Knowledge of equipment operation related to landscaping tools and machinery is preferred. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors effectively.
