Job Summary:
MD Landscaping is looking to add experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to our team. This role is responsible for servicing residential and commercial properties while achieving overseeing maintenance, quality control, and training. We are offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for qualified applicants!
Responsibilities:
Train new crew members on responsibilities while conducting their route Lead weekly safety training and propose topics when inconsistency is identified within crews Lead and manage crews in preparation and execution of daily tasks Demonstrate a high level of initiative to improve inefficiencies and quality Perform and execute monthly inventory of all tools and supplies for trucks and trailers Verify all equipment needed is on the vehicle at the beginning of every shift Maintain vehicles and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and organization on a weekly basis Conduct daily route of client properties on schedule Conduct initial and post completion property walks Knowledge of basic chemical application Maintain communication between crew and leadership Seasonal snow duties as assigned
Experience:
3+yrs of crew lead/foreman experience (preferred) 5+yrs of field experience (preferred) valid driver's license Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) strong horticulture, pest, and disease knowledge previous experience operating truck and trailer, box trucks, maintenance equipment, and snowplows The Perks 401(k) plan with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance FSA/HSA PerkSpot Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid time Off Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service) Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
