Landscape Foreman / tech (2 separate openings)

Landscape Foreman Location:

Champaign, IL Pay:

$20 - $25 per hour (DOE) with potential for increase

Schedule:

Full-time, 40+ hours per week Merrill Landscape Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead small crews and oversee job site operations. If you have experience in landscape installation, can manage projects with minimal supervision, and are ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Read and execute landscape plans efficiently. Manage one to two crew members while ensuring quality work. Work with various materials, including pavers, rock, mulch, and plants. Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and concrete saws. Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

Two or more years of landscaping experience , including installation and hardscaping. Experience is required to be considered! Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
