Parts Manager - Acura of Highland Park Highland Park, IL We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager who knows how to run a department, lead a team, and drive performance. If you have spent time in the parts business and are ready to take ownership of a department, we want to talk.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls Work closely with the service department to ensure parts availability and minimize delays Lead, develop, and hold the parts team accountable Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate effectively Track department performance and report against monthly objectives Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs and standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive parts department At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role Comfortable reading a financial statement and managing to a budget Experience with a DMS system required Acura or Honda experience is a plus, not required Strong communicator with a high level of organization and follow-through Someone who holds the standard and leads by example
