In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate a team of skilled landscapers, and ensure that all projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote best practices in horticulture and landscape maintenance, and drive the successful completion of diverse landscaping endeavors. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation system installation and repair, and general gardening activities. Ensure safety protocols are followed by all team members during equipment operation, tree care, and construction tasks. Conduct inspections of work sites to maintain high standards of tree care, and overall landscape health. Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance environments. Background in landscape maintenance including lawn care, gardening, and tree care. Familiarity with safety standards for equipment operation and outdoor work environments. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Practical understanding of gardening techniques, plant health management, and general landscape upkeep.
