Landscaping Lead Installer Wells Lawn Care & Landscaping is seeking a hardworking and dependable Lead Landscape Installer to join our team. This role focuses on leading landscape and hardscape installation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, can read and execute plans, and is ready to take ownership of job site performance, team productivity, and final results. Responsibilities Lead the installation and enhancement of landscape and hardscape projects to company quality standards Install a variety of landscape elements, including: Pavers, patios, walkways, and retaining walls Trees, shrubs, and other plant material Sod, seed, grading, and drainage solutions Read, interpret, and execute landscape design plans and job packets accurately Direct daily workflow, assign tasks, and ensure crew productivity meets project goals Set the pace on-site by demonstrating strong work ethic, efficiency, and attention to detail Train and support crew members, reinforcing proper installation techniques and safety practices Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites Safely operate equipment such as skid steers, compactors, saws, and other power tools Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites while enforcing company safety procedures Monitor material usage and minimize waste Communicate clearly with management regarding progress, changes, issues, or material needs Perform quality checks and final walkthroughs to ensure work meets company standards Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of landscape installation experience required Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred Strong working knowledge of landscape and hardscape installation practices Experience installing pavers, patios, plant material, and grading/drainage systems Ability to read and interpret landscape plans (required) Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment (skid steers, compactors, saws, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in various outdoor weather conditions Valid drivers license required Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to lead a team, stay organized, and keep projects on schedule Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check If you are reliable, skilled, versatile , and eager to grow your career with a company that values performance, character, and teamwork, apply today.

Offered compensation:
