$18.00 - $25.00 per hour + bonuses & commission About the Role Wolf Creek Landscaping is seeking a motivated and growth-driven Landscape Director to lead our landscaping division. This is a leadership position responsible for managing projects, building client relationships, and driving new business. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and eager to grow with a fast-paced, expanding company. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage your assigned landscaping team on job sites Conduct on-site consultations with clients and provide recommendations Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members Source and secure new landscape projects through: Cold calling Door-to-door outreach Past client follow-ups Review supplier availability and coordinate product sourcing Prepare, review, and present project quotes Perform occasional product pickup runs (including trips to Ohio and Michigan) Utilize and quickly learn company systems and software (Microsoft Excel, Lightspeed, Google Drive, etc.) Compensation & Growth Structure Starting pay: $18.00 - $25.00/hour $1.00/hour raise for each secured landscape job (up to $25.00/hour cap) After securing 3 landscape jobs , earn 5% commission on all future secured jobs Additional bonus opportunities available Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Self-motivated with a willingness to generate new business Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous landscaping, sales, or management experience preferred (but not required) What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Eager to grow with the company long-term Comfortable taking initiative and ownership of their role Interested in being active within the local community Driven to help build and expand our landscaping division Why Join Wolf Creek Landscaping?
