Irrigation Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Irrigation Manager to lead our Irrigation Install Teams. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning & installation of irrigation systems while ensuring the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes. Your leadership will drive excellence in fostering a team-oriented environment that emphasizes safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Duties Manage 2-3 installation crews: Including scheduling, resource allocation, and project timelines to meet client expectations. Train, coach and develop crew leaders and installers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards and all local codes for both residential and commercial irrigation system installations. Review irrigation plans, site layouts and material requirements prior to crew mobilization. Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and resolve field issues. Maintain ongoing communication with operations, sales and customers throughout projects. Maintain detailed records of project progress and client communications. Monitor job progress, labor hours and material usage. Skills Proven experience in green industry: Landscaping, Lawn Care, Tree Care, or Irrigation. Working knowledge of irrigation systems (piping, valves, controllers and wiring) and 2+ years of hands-on irrigation experience. Experience as a crew leader, foreman or field supervisor with the ability to lead teams effectively. Strong communication skills for client interactions and team coordination. Ability to read and interpret irrigation plans and modify as needed. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
