Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman and lead the charge in creating and maintaining stunning outdoor environments! Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and lawn care to ensure timely completion of projects. Lead a team of crew members by providing clear instructions, training on equipment use, safety protocols, and best practices in landscaping and horticulture. Conduct inspections of landscapes to identify areas needing repair or improvement, including tree care, gardening tasks, or construction adjustments. Manage equipment maintenance schedules to keep tools and machinery in optimal condition for safe operation. Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project scope, deliver high-quality results, and address any concerns promptly. Promote safety standards by enforcing proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures during all operations. Skills Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping techniques, and lawn care practices. Proven supervising experience with strong leadership skills to motivate teams and manage multiple projects efficiently. Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor environments, including planting beds, pathways, and hardscape features. Expertise in tree care practices such as pruning, trimming, planting, and disease management. Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting for water efficiency. Solid understanding of gardening principles and horticulture to select appropriate plants for various environments. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
