  • Full-time Site Manager (Operations) The Operations
  • Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence by effective scheduling, planning and coordinating teams to assigned client sites to perform the necessary work per client contracts, including ensuring materials and tools are available.
Ensuring that teams are executing high-end residential property care/maintenance services, along with overseeing quality and safety on each client site. Duties will often include assisting the team to complete work out in the field. (60% Field) This role requires a strong understanding of maintaining high end residential properties, horticulture knowledge, and general knowledge of luxury outdoor materials. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environment and can deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. The person in this role will ensure every detail aligns with our uncompromising standards of excellence. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and foster a culture of safety, innovation, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Coordination Direct and manage teams, with direct supervision over Supervisors in the field. Foster a high-performance culture that prioritizes precision, efficiency, and excellence. Lead, train, develop, discipline and hold teams accountable. Lead and supervise landscaping teams to execute landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and tree care projects efficiently and safely. Develop and implement operational plans for landscaping projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Quality Control & Problem-Solving Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance, quality standards, and safety protocols. Identify and proactively resolve safety concerns on sites. Uphold strict quality control measures to exceed industry standards in material selection and installation techniques. Additional Monitor and maintain a budget, keeping expenses low, including labor cost. Ensure efficient procurement of materials and equipment. Work closely with finance to align budget goals with project execution. Lead and supervise landscaping teams to execute landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and tree care projects efficiently and safely. Develop and implement operational plans for landscaping projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure optimal water efficiency and plant health. Coordinate construction activities related to outdoor projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines. Monitor the health of landscapes through horticultural expertise, diagnosing issues and recommending appropriate solutions. Train team members in best practices for landscaping, equipment operation, safety procedures, and customer service. Maintain detailed records of project progress, maintenance schedules, inventory levels, and safety compliance. Experience Proven leadership experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fields. Strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and tree care. Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field desired. 5+ years of experience managing high-end property maintenance. Expertise in horticulture, planting, pruning, and luxury outdoor features. Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and high-end finish details. Proven ability to lead diverse teams, and deliver projects on schedule. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project challenges. Proficiency in Excel and comfortable utilizing systems for reporting and tracking. Strong communication and leadership skills with client-facing experience in high-end projects. Passion for creating world-class outdoor environments.
