Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced landscaping crew leader and/or Foreman / Supervisor to oversee and work with owners to run our landscape crews. The ideal candidate will possess STRONG leadership skills and a passion for landscape management and installation, including lawn care, gardening, pavers, retaining walls and groundskeeping. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces while supervising a dedicated team of professionals. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of landscape maintenance & installation operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Supervise and train staff in landscaping techniques, garden maintenance, and hardscape practices. Develop and implement effective strategies for maintaining and building landscapes that meet client expectations. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth among staff members. Lead a crew as Softscaping or Hardscaping Leader as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance &/or installation or related fields, with strong knowledge of landscaping, gardening, pavers, and groundskeeping practices. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. clean criminal background, valid drivers license and always pass a drug screen. Degree, military service or certification preferred but not mandatory.
