Landscape Installation Supervisor (Field Leader) Full-Time | $20-$24/hr + Benefits | Year-Round | Leadership Role Relocation Assistance Available This Is a Leadership Seat — Not Just a Crew Lead Role Taussig Landscape is hiring a Landscape Installation Supervisor to own job sites, lead crews, and deliver high-quality installs with confidence and professionalism . This role is built for a field leader — someone who enjoys making decisions, setting the tone, and being the person crews and clients trust on-site. What You'll Own You will: Lead and manage installation crews on residential and commercial projects Own the job site — quality, pace, safety, and professionalism Execute installs to company standards (hardscape, plantings, retaining walls, patios, water features) Read and execute plans in coordination with design and project management Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients Communicate progress, changes, or issues clearly and early Operate and oversee equipment use (skid steers, excavators, trucks, trailers) Train, coach, and develop crew members Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Follow and reinforce documented systems, checklists, and quality standards You are not guessing expectations — they're defined, documented, and enforced. What Success Looks Like You're winning in this role when: Jobs run on schedule and to spec Crews know the plan and execute without chaos Clients feel informed and confident Quality issues are prevented — not fixed later Problems are surfaced early with solutions, not excuses What We're Looking For 5+ years professional landscape installation experience Proven crew leadership or job-site ownership Strong construction and plant knowledge Confident, professional communicator with clients Equipment experience (skid steer, excavator, grading, truck & trailer) Valid driver's license

ICPI / NCMA
