Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaper to join our team. As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining outdoor spaces to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.

Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences. Create detailed landscape designs, considering factors such as climate, soil type, and client budget. Develop project plans, including plant selection, hardscape elements, and irrigation systems.

Installation and Implementation:

Execute landscape designs, including planting, grading, and installation of hardscape features. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems. Ensure proper soil preparation and plant care during installation.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including pruning, mulching, and fertilizing, to ensure the health and vitality of plants. Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure proper hydration for plants. Identify and address issues such as pests, diseases, and weed control.

Client Communication:

Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and offer recommendations for ongoing maintenance. Provide guidance on plant care and landscaping practices to help clients maintain the beauty of their outdoor spaces.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Stay informed about local regulations and environmental standards related to landscaping practices.

Clean driving record a must. No experience needed, we can train on the job Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Independent Thinker Problem Solving Skills Ability to carry out detailed oral or written instruction. The ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner. This is an all-weather position, rain or shine.
