The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardscape construction, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a crew in the installation of hardscape projects including patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and other landscape features. Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings. Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, compactors, saws, and laser levels. Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and crew members. Maintain a safe job site and enforce company safety policies and procedures. Requirements 2+ years experience in hardscape design Hands-on experience in construction methods related to patios, retaining walls, walkways or similar structures Familiarity with equipment operation relevant to landscape hardscape installation Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Valid driver's license; relevant certifications in landscaping or construction are a plus
Pay:
$31.00 - $36.00 per hour
