We are a full service commercial and residential landscape company specializing in all forms of landscape construction and maintenance. We have knowledgeable staff dedicated to serving our customers with high quality landscape construction and maintenance. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Tech/crew lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working outdoors and an eagerness to learn and grow in the landscape industry. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. This position requires moderate to extensive experience in at least one or more of the following forms of landscape construction: Softscaping, Hardscaping, Masonry, Irrigation, Asphalt, Fencing. Extensive experience in landscape maintenance is a plus and will be considered. Responsibilities Lead or assist in leading multi discipline crews in construction of all landscape features, including lawns, plantings, irrigation, hardscapes and masonry Drive and operate a non CDL dump truck Perform general labor Perform site layout Operate hand tools and light equipment (e.g., compactors, saws). Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized worksite. Complete and maintain daily work logs Interface directly with Project Management Adhere to all safety requirements Qualifications 3+ years experience in landscape construction or maintenance Strong leadership and organizational skills Basic knowledge of soil types and water management Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to identify job site hazards •Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required•. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Experience driving with trailers is a plus Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
