Landscape crew foreman

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Crew Foreman to lead our landscaping team in delivering exceptional outdoor environments. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of landscape maintenance and construction projects, ensuring quality work and safety standards are met. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, coordinate project tasks, and maintain high standards of lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation, and horticulture. This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in landscaping and supervision will directly impact the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation and repair Lead a team of crew members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and to high standards Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members Perform quality control inspections on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain equipment, tools, and materials needed for landscaping activities Support in training crew members on best practices in horticulture, lawn care, tree care, and construction techniques Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields with a strong background in landscape maintenance and gardening Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of lawn care practices, tree care techniques, irrigation systems, and general gardening skills Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and operating landscaping equipment Familiarity with safety procedures related to construction and outdoor work environments Certification or training in horticulture or landscape management is a plus Join us to lead vibrant outdoor projects that transform spaces while fostering a motivated team dedicated to excellence!
