HORTICULTURE CREW MEMBER

($20-$27) The Crew Member is responsible for maintaining a variety of landscape structures that range from typical grassy areas like lawns or gardens to more granular items such as houseplants. This person will also assist with any pruning tasks needed during their shift. Responsibilities and Duties Assist with the installation and care of woody, perennial, and annual plant material Job duties could include wide array of installation and maintenance responsibilities from mulching, planting, grading, etc. Ensure job sites and/or maintenance properties are kept clean and tidy and free of plant debris Remove weeds and dead plants as needed to preserve the health and natural beauty of the plants Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves to ensure an appealing look to the area Job Requirements At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper or similar job Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time

EHANCEMENT CREW MEMBER

($20-$27) The Enhancement Crew Member will be working under the direction of the Crew Leader to complete labor tasks including bed and lawn preparations, plant installations and removals, mulching, sod installation and more. This person will also assist with any pruning tasks needed during their shift. Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in landscape construction Installation and care of tree and shrubs General landscape masonry skills a plus! Job Requirements Valid driver's license with a good driving record Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus! Ability to work in various weather conditions Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40lbs. Team player with high attention to detail Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful Custom service oriented with strong communication skills is a must

EHANCEMENT CREW LEAD

($25-$32) The Enhancement Crew Leader must be able to lead a crew of 1-4 people in all areas of landscape construction.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction Installation and care of tree and shrubs General landscape masonry skills a plus! Team player with high attention to detail Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful Customer service oriented with strong communication skills is a must Understanding of the importance of accurate and timely paperwork Proven leadership skills General Requirements include: Valid driver's license with a good driving record Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus! Ability to work in various weather conditions. Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbs

EHANCEMENT CREW SUPERVISOR

($25-$32) The Enhancement Crew Supervisor assists the Enhancement Manager and/or the Operations Manager to help ensure the successful completion of enhancement jobs for assigned crew leaders and crew members. Enhancement jobs can include but are not limited to drainage, planting, masonry, site work, etc. Responsibilities include all aspects of enhancements including, but not limited to crew coordination, crew training, material sourcing/ procurement, and actual performance of enhancement jobs alongside assigned crew leaders and crew members. Responsibilities and Duties The Enhancement Crew Supervisor duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following: Crew oversight of assigned Enhancement crew leaders and crew members and tasks related to the enhancement department. General setup/ layout of enhancement jobs to ensure project quality and accuracy as sold/ requested by the sales team and expected by client. Working alongside assigned enhancement crew leaders and crew members to ensure proper training on landscape construction practices, time keeping, material allocation, time management, teamwork, etc. Ability to perform enhancement jobs under or at budgeted hours, cost, quantities, etc. as proposed. Communicating with in-house teams as needed to ensure potential issues are quickly resolved. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with other coworkers as well as the attitudes and culture of assigned crews. Administrative responsibilities include accurately filling out material receipts, inventory sheets, and mobile or paper time sheets. Ability and willingness to do other job functions or supervise/ work alongside crews within other departments during times of need. Willingness to participate in winter snow removal preferred but not required. Job Experience 3-5 years' experience within the landscape construction field. Educational experience in the landscape construction field can be supplemented for industry experience.

MOW CREW MEMBER

($20-$25) Responsibilities and Duties Mow precisely and within a posted schedule.
