The Pay:
$65,000 Base Salary + Up-Sell Commissions +Winter Bonus The Perks:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays, especially if rain knocks out a weekday) What This Job Actually Is If you are a field leader who takes pride in your work, knows how to hustle, and can get the absolute best out of a crew, we want you to run our landscape department. You aren't stuck behind a desk all day filling out spreadsheets. You are the main man on the ground. You will be traveling to our commercial accounts, directing 2-4-man teams, and ensuring the work is done fast, safe, and right. You'll handle the field logistics and talk to the property managers, so they know they are in good hands. What You'll Be Doing- Lead from the
Front:
Direct and motivate landscape crews across a solid portfolio of commercial properties. You set the pace and the quality standard.Oversee Operations:
Manage daily maintenance (commercial mowing, cleanups, trimming)- Command the
Equipment:
Safely operate and transport company trucks, commercial tractors, mowers, and enclosed landscape trailers. Ensure the gear is maintained and respected.Client Interface:
Walk the properties, interact with business and property managers, and handle any special requests on the spot. What We're Looking For- Minimum 3 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience, with at least 1 year running your own crew.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record and absolute confidence towing/backing up enclosed trailers. Valid MA 2A Hydraulic/Hoisting License is required.
- Proficient with commercial mowers, tractors, chainsaws, and power gear. General knowledge of irrigation is a big plus.
- Must be over 21, able to pass a drug test, and possess strong communication skills to deal with management and clients.
