PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
) AJ's Lawn & Landscape LLC is looking for an experienced, motivated, and dependable individual to join our team as a Landscape Foreman in Howard County, Maryland. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in leadership, organization, efficiency, and producing high-quality landscape work.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily landscape operations on job sites Coordinate crew members and maintain efficient workflow Ensure jobs are completed safely, professionally, and on schedule Operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, tractors, and landscape equipment Communicate effectively with management and customers Verify materials, tools, and equipment are prepared before leaving the shop Maintain a positive and professional leadership attitude in the field Problem solve and adapt efficiently on job sites
Requirements:
Previous landscaping and crew leadership experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to safely operate trucks and trailers Physical stamina for demanding outdoor work Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license required Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Adherence to all safety guidelines and protocols Reliable transportation to and from shop
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating skid steers, tractors, mini skid steers, and dump trailers Experience with landscape installs, grading, drainage, mulching, pruning, and property maintenance DOT medical card Ready to join our team? Apply Here!
