Overview Join our dynamic landscape team as a Landscape Foreman and lead the charge in creating and maintaining stunning outdoor environments! In this energetic role, you will oversee landscaping projects, supervise crew members, and ensure that every detail meets our high standards of quality and beauty. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation setup. Lead a team of crew members, providing clear instructions, training, and motivation to ensure efficient project execution. Oversee landscaping construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met. Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify areas needing attention or repair, including tree care and lawn health. Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure all tools and machinery are used safely and effectively. Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project scope and deliver customized outdoor solutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental best practices across all landscape activities. Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care and garden design principles. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings with excellent leadership skills. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems installation and repair, tree care practices, and general gardening skills. Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects such as patios, walkways, or fencing. Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance for landscaping tools and machinery. Ability to assess landscape health issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
