- Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bi Lingual Landscape Operations / Account Manager to help lead and oversee comprehensive landscape maintenance and landscaping projects.

As a key player in our team, you will manage client accounts, supervise field crews, and ensure the delivery of high-quality landscape services that exceed expectations. Your leadership will drive operational excellence while fostering strong client relationships and promoting sustainable practices. Duties Manage and coordinate landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and tree care projects to ensure timely and quality delivery Supervise and lead field crews, providing guidance on technical tasks such as construction, pruning, planting, irrigation installation, and general maintenance Develop and maintain positive client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored landscape solutions Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and environmental standards Assist with estimating project costs, preparing proposals, estimates and invoices while managing labor and material budgets to ensure profitability Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and sustainable landscaping methods to innovate service offerings Skills Bi-Lingual, fluent with both English and Spanish is a must! Extensive knowledge of Quickbooks / Google Spreadsheets / Calendar and other scheduling / email computer software Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, construction, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and general landscape management Proven supervising experience leading teams of technicians or field crews effectively Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination Knowledge of safety protocols related to landscape operations and equipment handling Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Technical proficiency in equipment operation, maintenance planning, and environmental sustainability practices Join us as an Experienced Landscape Operation / Account Manager to make a tangible impact on outdoor environments while advancing your career in a vibrant industry.
