Job Description

Job description Position Overview Responsible for overseeing all operations within the Irrigation Division , including weekly scheduling, equipment allocation, crew management, client communication, and cost monitoring. This role ensures that all irrigation work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Division Operations Management — Lead all production, operations, and customer service activities within the irrigation division. Crew Leadership — Manage and direct crews to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to project guidelines. Communicate changes or additional work to clients and ensure proper billing. Training & Development — Train new crew members and coach existing staff on consistent maintenance practices and operational standards. Quality Assurance — Monitor job performance and ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality expectations. Safety Oversight — Maintain a safe work environment by regularly inspecting job sites and addressing potential hazards. Client Relations — Provide excellent customer service, maintain strong client relationships, and respond promptly to issues or service needs. Time & Staffing Management — Review employee timekeeping, monitor labor hours, assess staffing needs, and address performance concerns. Equipment & Materials Review — Recommend equipment and material purchases based on division needs. Cross‑Department Collaboration — Work closely with other operations managers to ensure seamless service delivery across departments. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 4+ years of related experience Management experience in pivot irrigation preferred Experience operating and maintaining irrigation‑related equipment Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds Legal ability to operate vehicles and equipment Valid CDL Ability to pass a D.O.T. Medical Card physical exam Strong communication skills (in‑person, messaging, and phone)
Pay:
