Field Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations, installation, and maintenance of irrigation systems and services. In this vital role, you will manage and be leading a crew to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. Responsibilities Supervise and train crew members on installation, repair, and safety procedures for irrigatoin jobs. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential or commercial irrigation systems, including valves, pumps, timers and controllers. Diagnose and repair complex irrigation issues, including electrical faults, broken pipes, and controller issues. Coordinate materials, manage equipment (e.g., trenchers), and maintain job site safety. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, project managers, and supervisors. Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in irrigation installation/maintenance or landscape experience, with previous supervisory experience. Expertise in irrigation components, PVC pipe repair, irrigation hydraulics, and electrical troubleshooting. Strong team management and training abilities. Ability to read blueprints, operate machinery, and use irrigation scheduling/service software. High school diploma/GED required; valid driver's license. Relevant certification such as back flow testing.

Pay:

$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
