Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Landscape Foreman to lead and supervise our landscaping crews. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping installation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality work while meeting deadlines. The Landscape Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the crew, and ensuring safety standards are followed. Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates are preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a crew of landscape technicians in the installation of hardscape materials, trees, shrubs, mulch, topsoil, and stone. Oversee new construction landscaping and outdoor lighting installations. Ensure that all projects are completed according to specifications, on time, and within budget. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and management to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working order and perform routine maintenance as needed. Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and performance. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on job sites. Track inventory of materials and supplies, reporting shortages as needed. Assist with the preparation of job estimates and materials list. Provide excellent customer service and handle any client concerns or issues in a professional manner. Option for Snow and Ice removal in winter months

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of experience in the landscaping industry, with a focus on hardscaping and softscaping. Proven experience leading and supervising landscaping crews. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and diagrams. Strong knowledge of landscaping materials, tools, and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and clean driving record. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

Regularly required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for long periods of time. Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.

Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
