Job Description

MJR Landscape is seeking an Experienced Landscape Specialist to join our growing team. We are a privately owned and operated landscape and snow removal company that serves residential and commercial clients throughout West Michigan. We offer a culture of open and honest communication with a strong commitment to teamwork. This position is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience installing, renovating, and removing landscapes, who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys creating outdoor spaces that customers can enjoy for years to come.

Responsibilities:

Install mulch, decorative stone, and other landscape materials Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and ornamental grasses Remove existing landscape materials and overgrown plantings Renovate and restore landscape beds Define and edge landscape beds Assist with paver, retaining wall, and other hardscape installations Trim and prune shrubs and small trees Operate landscape equipment and tools safely and efficiently Complete spring and fall cleanups Yard Waste or Trash removal from landscape beds Maintain a clean and professional job site Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members

Schedule and Pay:

1st

Shift:

7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (hours may vary based on workload and weather) Monday-Friday with overtime opportunities and occasional Saturdays Pay based on experience

Qualifications:

Valid Driver License required Chauffeur License required DOT Medical Card required 2-4 years of professional landscape installation experience Experience installing and removing landscape beds, plant material, mulch, and decorative stone Hardscape experience is a plus Ability to safely operate landscape equipment and tools Clean driving record Ability to lift and carry landscape materials including mulch, stone, plants, and tools Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join MJR Landscape?
