Landscape Foreman

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a background in landscaping (hardscaping and landscaping) along with excellent leadership skills. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising projects, ensuring high-quality work, and fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Oversee the maintenance services lists for the different seasons Build and install landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Train and mentor team members Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure optimal performance. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Requirements Experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising teams. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license may be required for transportation of crew members and equipment.
