Orion Township, MI Starting Pay:
$25 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

We specialize in high-quality landscape and hardscape projects for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. We're seeking a skilled Hardscape Crew Leader to join our team and lead projects that make a lasting impact. Responsibilities Lead a 2-4 person crew on hardscape projects Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Install:
Paver walks, patios, and driveways Block, boulder, and limestone retaining walls Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, dingo, etc.) Read and interpret detailed construction prints Manage jobsite logistics: loading/unloading, moving tools and materials Requirements Valid Chauffeur's License Strong leadership and crew management skills Experience in all aspects of landscape and hardscape installation Ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment Physically able to lift and move heavy materials Preferred Qualifications CDL-A (or willingness to obtain after 1 year of employment) Experience in drainage, grading, and planting Ability to train and mentor laborers Spanish-speaking ability is a BIG plus What We Offer Competitive pay: $25 - $30 per hour (based on experience) Health & Dental Insurance Paid Time Off / Earned Sick Time Scheduled Performance Reviews Advancement opportunities with a company that values leadership Over 50 years of proven stability and community trust Work outdoors, build beautiful spaces, and grow your career Apply Today Join our team at Miller Landscape Inc. in Orion Township, MI . and help us build something great — together!
