Role:

As a laborer, you will help with landscape installation and maintenance crews. This role is hands-on and requires a balance of leadership, organization, and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Help landscaping crews on various projects Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Track labor, materials, and project timelines Operate and oversee use of equipment and tools

Requirements:

Landscaping experience. Knowledge of horticulture, hardscaping, and irrigation systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work good with a team Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
