Landscape Foreman

Our client is seeking a dedicated Landscape Foreman to lead a commercial landscape crew. Join a highly stable, employee-owned commercial tree and landscape company. Based with reporting locations in Pontiac and Attica, Michigan, they maintain a strong workforce of 100 to 120 employees year-round. This organization offers a collaborative culture where cross-training is encouraged to maintain retention and provide consistent work throughout all seasons. Responsibilities Lead a landscape crew focusing on commercial planting, mulching, and the maintenance of flower beds. Provide guidance, training, and supervision to crew members to ensure safety and efficiency on all job sites. Oversee the daily preparation of trucks, equipment, and materials required for scheduled commercial jobs. Maintain a typical schedule averaging approximately 50 hours per week. Requirements Proven experience in commercial landscaping or a strong background as a high-quality landscape laborer ready to step into a leadership role. Ability to reliably commute to either the Pontiac or Attica, Michigan locations. A Commercial Driver License (CDL) is highly preferred; however, candidates without a CDL are still strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation & Benefits $22.00 to $27.00 per hour. Employer-paid Commercial Driver License (CDL) training and certification in exchange for a one-year commitment. Medical, dental, and vision insurance options available after 90 days of employment.
