This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Lead and oversee daily operations of an installation/enhancement crew Install brick pavers, retaining walls, sod, plantings, mulch, and other landscape features Read and execute project plans and blueprints accurately Operate equipment including bobcat, dingo, sod cutter, cement saws, chainsaws, rototiller, aerators, and power washers Maintain job site safety, quality standards, and productivity Communicate effectively with project managers and team members What We're Looking For Minimum 3 year of installation and/or maintenance experience Prior foreman or crew leader experience preferred Chauffeur's license required (CDL preferred) Strong leadership skills and accountability Ability to work outdoors and manage a team efficiently Why Join Lucia Landscaping?
