Lucia Landscaping is growing and hiring Landscape Crew Members, Team Leads, and Experienced Landscape Professionals for multiple divisions, including: Residential Lawn Maintenance Commercial Lawn Maintenance Landscape Enhancements Design/Build Installation Whether you're looking to start a career in landscaping or bring leadership experience as a Crew Lead/Team Lead, we have opportunities to grow with us. What You'll Do As part of our field team, you will work daily with a crew on residential and commercial properties delivering high-quality landscape services, which may include: Perform lawn and landscape maintenance services as part of a team Assist or lead crews in delivering efficient, quality service Operate commercial landscaping equipment including: Walk-Behind, Stand-On, & Zero Turn Mowers String trimmers / weed whips Stick edgers Backpack blowers Support landscape enhancement and design/build projects as assigned Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction Help ensure our clients consistently receive premier service Team Lead Opportunities For experienced candidates, Team Lead opportunities include: Leading and developing crew members Managing daily route productivity and service quality Training team members on equipment, safety, and best practices Communicating with clients and supervisors as needed What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience in lawn/landscape services preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates Team players interested in growth and advancement Valid driver's license preferred (Chauffeurs License required for lead roles) Why Build a Career with Lucia Landscaping?
