We're looking for someone with strong installation skills who can lead by example, help keep projects moving, and step into more responsibility on the jobsite. Responsibilities Support the Team Lead in coordinating daily crew activities Help maintain quality, safety, and production standards on site Read plans and assist with layout, installation, and problem solving Perform skilled work in hardscape, softscape, drainage, and pool-related installations Help train and support apprentices and journeymen Keep tools, materials, and the jobsite organized and job-ready Step up and lead when needed Qualifications Strong landscape construction or hardscape installation experience Ability to install projects with confidence and limited supervision Leadership mindset and strong communication skills Experience with pavers, retaining walls, drainage, grading, and accessory features Ability to read plans and help direct workflow on site Strong attention to detail, safety, and craftsmanship Bonus Qualifications CMHA or similar hardscape certification Pool installation or pool plumbing experience Experience leading smaller crews or delegated project tasks Snow operations experience is a plus Why Join Munro High-end design/build projects Clear path to Team Lead and beyond Strong team culture built on pride, growth, and quality Leadership that values training and development Apply if you're a skilled installer who's ready to take the next step into leadership with a company building exceptional outdoor spaces.
