Landscape Foreman - Commercial (Union Signatory)
Location:
Western Metro, MN Compensation:
$35-$42/hour (based on experience)
Hours:
45-55 hours/week (average)

We are a leading commercial landscape company operating in the Western Metro area of Minnesota, seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects. As a Union Signatory contractor , we offer excellent union benefits , consistent hours , and competitive pay based on experience.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and lead commercial landscape crews on job sites Ensure project quality, efficiency, and safety Interpret landscape plans and direct installations (sod, plantings, pavers, retaining walls, etc.) Communicate with project managers and clients Maintain equipment and enforce safety standards Train and mentor crew members
What We Offer:

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of landscape experience, with at least 1-2 years in a foreman or lead role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret site plans Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) Knowledge of commercial landscape construction and installation Positive attitude, team-focused mindset, and commitment to quality
