Landscape Foreman | Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape | Duluth, MN Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape has been building exceptional outdoor spaces in Northeast Minnesota for 39 years. We're a multiple "Best of Houzz" award winner and Duluth's Best of the Best — and we're looking for a skilled Hardscape Foreman to grow with us. If you lead by example, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and know your way around a job site, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. The Compensation $26-$32/hr | Overtime at 1.5x | Seasonal bonuses | 401(k) with 4% match | Health insurance | Boot reimbursement | $500 referral bonus The Work You'll lead a crew of 1-3 installing residential and commercial hardscape projects — pavers, retaining walls, boulder walls, steps, grading, fire pits, and more. You'll manage materials, equipment, daily production, and communicate directly with Project Managers and clients. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of hardscape or related field experience → Proven crew leadership on active job sites → Proficient with excavators, skid steers, tampers, and hand tools → Ability to read plans and blueprints → Strong communicator with a safety-first mindset → Valid Driver's License + MNDOT Medical Card required prior to hire Schedule Monday-Thursday | 10-hour shifts | Friday meetings as scheduled | Overtime available Why Our Team Stays We invest in our people.
