  • Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various landscape installs mostly consisting of hardscapes such as paver patios, boulder walls, retaining walls and walkways.
  • Plan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlines
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
  • Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and client specifications
  • Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and provide guidance and training as needed
  • Manage equipment and materials inventory, ensuring that all tools are properly maintained
  • Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for the team ```Requirements```
  • Proven experience in landscape installations
  • Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and horticulture practices
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators and dingos.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks
