  • Temporary, Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations on landscape projects, coordinate with crew members, and ensure all work meets high-quality standards. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote safety, and drive efficiency across all landscaping activities. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects. Lead and motivate a team of landscapers, providing guidance on tasks such as planting, pruning, irrigation installation, tree care, and general maintenance. Inspect work sites regularly to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met or exceeded. Assist with planning project layouts, selecting appropriate materials, and executing landscaping designs with precision. Manage equipment usage and maintenance to maximize productivity and safety on the job site. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to ensure project specifications are understood and fulfilled. Support the training of new crew members in landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related horticultural fields. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and general horticulture principles. Ability to read blueprints or landscape plans and translate them into actionable tasks. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects and site preparation. Commitment to safety standards and proper equipment handling at all times.
