Job Description

Join the City of New Hope, a thriving community of over 21,000 residents as the new ice arena manager. The New Hope Ice Arena has two sheets of indoor ice, skate lessons, figure skating program, skate rental, walking track, a community room that hosts the parks and recreation youth dance program, a leased-out dryland training space, meeting rooms and several locker rooms. The facility is "home" to the Armstrong/Cooper Youth Hockey Association, Armstrong/Cooper High School Boys and Girls High School hockey teams, the Upper Midwest High School Elite League, as well as various other user groups. The ice arena manager will oversee the operations of the ice arena to include maintenance of infrastructure, supervision of full- and part-time staff, development of short- and long-range plans and management of budgets. New Hope's Ice Arena and Parks and Recreation programs have an excellent reputation.
