• Supervise and lead a crew of lawn care and groundskeepers in performing various tasks related to lawn care, landscape maintenance and snow removal.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques for groundskeeping lawn Maintenace and snow removal.
• Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with clients or property owners to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Perform hands-on work alongside the crew as needed, including planting, trimming, mowing, and general landscape maintenance.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. ```Experience```
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the landscaping or groundskeeping industry.
• Strong knowledge of lawn mowing practices.
• Proven experience in supervising a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with landscape construction methods, including softscaping.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
