We're looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Landscape Technicians. Job Description As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of landscape installation and enhancement projects. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, operate equipment, develop valuable skills, and contribute to transforming residential and commercial properties into beautiful, functional landscapes. Key Responsibilities Install trees, shrubs, perennials, sod, mulch, decorative rock, edging, and other landscape materials. Assist with grading, soil preparation, and drainage improvements. Perform landscape renovations and enhancement projects according to company standards and project plans. Site Preparation Prepare project sites through excavation, grading, and material staging. Measure and layout landscape features as directed by crew leaders and project managers. Equipment Operation Safely operate hand tools, power tools, skid steers, mini excavators, compact loaders, and other landscape equipment. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance. Quality & Customer Service Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail and high-quality workmanship. Represent Ground FX professionally while interacting with customers and the public. Teamwork & Safety Work effectively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. QualificationsExperience Previous experience in landscaping, construction, hardscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required. Willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. Skills Ability to learn landscape installation techniques and operate equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy materials. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Capable of performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Communication Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team. Driver's License Valid driver's license preferred.
