Essential Functions:

Assist in managing student employees and daily closing tasks, including, but not limited to: Helping school grounds employees learn drink recipes and procedures Train students on ringing up drinks correctly using the POS system Helping on bar, register or supporting duties when School Grounds is open (refilling ice, swapping out empty syrups, refilling cups and lids, etc) Completing, delegating and managing closing duties, with the help of school grounds employees, such as: Cleaning and sanitizing all dishes Running the cleaning cycle on the espresso machines Cleaning and sanitizing counter tops Wiping down syrups Emptying the cold brew station Emptying the drip coffee pots Perform other duties as assigned such as inventory, restocking and organizing
