Landscape Team Member

Job Type Full-time Pay $18.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience) Location Kansas City, MO Jackson's Lawn & Landscaping LLC is a growing design-build company specializing in high-end outdoor living spaces. We build custom patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, lighting systems, and full backyard transformations. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that builds quality projects — not just basic landscaping. Responsibilities Install paver patios, retaining walls, and outdoor living features Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation Install landscape lighting, drainage, and plant material Operate equipment (skid steer, mini excavator) or willingness to learn Work as part of a team to complete high-end projects Maintain a clean and professional job site Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Landscaping or construction experience preferred (not required) Valid driver's license preferred Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to learn equipment operation and advanced skills Consistent, year-round work Opportunity for advancement into leadership roles Team-oriented, professional work environment Schedule Monday to Friday 8-10 hour shifts Occasional overtime Experience (Preferred)
