• Features a clubhouse, restaurant, and event venue that serve as a community hub Position Overview Woods Fort Golf Course is seeking a dedicated and experienced Golf Course Superintendent to oversee all aspects of golf course maintenance and agronomic management. The successful candidate will lead a skilled maintenance team and strive to provide top-quality playing conditions. Responsibilities
• Manage all turfgrass maintenance for greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and practice areas
• Develop and execute agronomic programs (fertility, irrigation, pest management)
• Oversee daily maintenance operations; supervise scheduling, training, and performance
• Maintain and operate the irrigation system; oversee repair scheduling
• Manage annual budget, equipment maintenance, and supply inventories
• Ensure course aesthetics, playability, and environmental stewardship
• Communicate regularly with ownership and management on course conditions, needs, and project planning including Pro Shop relating to course activities
• General in-house maintenance for entire property as needed Qualifications
• Degree or certificate in turfgrass management, agronomy, horticulture, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of golf course maintenance experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Missouri Pesticide Applicator's License (or ability to obtain)
• Strong understanding of warm- and cool-season turf management in the Midwest
• Hands-on, team-oriented leadership style with strong communication skills Compensation & Benefits

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
