This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires leadership, technical skill, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and train install crew members on-site Plan daily tasks, delegate work, and maintain high-quality standards Operate landscaping and construction equipment safely Maintain job site organization, equipment, and materials Communicate daily with the operations team Enter accurate data, timesheets, and project documentation

Requirements:

3+ years landscaping experience 1+ years in a leadership role Knowledge of hardscaping, irrigation, and LED lighting Valid driver's license to operate company vehicles Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
