As a Landscape and Hardscape Crew Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing project execution, leading a skilled crew, and ensuring that every job meets the companys high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead a crew of two or more team members on landscape and hardscape projects Interpret and execute landscape and hardscape design plans with attention to detail Coordinate with clients, operations team, and crew members to ensure clear communication and project alignment Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, saws, laser levels, tillers, company trucks, and mini excavators Train crew members on safe and proficient use of equipment Uphold company policies, standards, and safety regulations on every job site Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in hardscaping and/or landscaping, including crew leadership Proficient in reading and executing design plans Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Skilled in operating landscape and hardscape equipment Strong organizational and communication skills Valid Class E drivers license; Class A is a plus Benefits Overtime opportunities Paid vacation time Paid holidays (5 total after 1 year) Retirement plan with company match Health insurance Vision and dental insurance Company paid Life insurance Uniforms provided Opportunities for professional development and personal growth Supportive and positive work environment Offered compensation: $26/hr - $35/hr Experience and License Requirements CDL-A (Preferred) (optional) Crew Management (optional) Driver's License Skid Steering (optional)
