Position Summary The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in the daily operations of the apartment community, including leasing, resident relations, rent collections, financial reporting, and overall property performance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with daily operations of the apartment community Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Support leasing efforts and help achieve occupancy goals Process applications, leases, renewals, and resident correspondence Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, and financial reporting Maintain accurate resident and property records Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure resident satisfaction Help manage budgets, invoices, and property expenses Conduct property inspections and ensure curb appeal standards are maintained Respond professionally to resident concerns and resolve issues promptly Support marketing and resident retention initiatives Participate in weekend office coverage as needed Qualifications Previous apartment industry experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Proven sales and leasing experience Budgeting and financial management knowledge Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with Yardi, CRM, and RentCafe is a plus Benefits Competitive salary Bonus and commission opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Professional growth opportunities Positive and supportive work environment Schedule Full-time position Some weekend work required Apply today to join our team at The Reserve at Park Place Apartment Homes and grow your career in property management.
