Landscape Supervisor

Charter Vista Landscaping is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping grounds crew and ensure the successful completion of projects. The Landscape Supervisor will work closely with the crew to create and maintain beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces for our clients. In addition to strong leadership skills, the successful candidate will have excellent project management abilities, a keen business sense, project management experience and a passion for creating exceptional landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
• Assist in the construction of landscapes, including planting trees and shrubs, installing irrigation systems, and building garden structures
• Provide tree care services such as pruning, trimming, and removal
• Supervise and lead a team of landscape technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality work
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools
• Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration for plants

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in landscape maintenance and construction
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients
