Landscaping Crew Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a Landscaping Crew Supervisor to lead our crew. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive a truck and trailer, motivate your crew to deliver exceptional results and ensure high-quality landscape maintenance. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities Supervise and work alongside landscaping crew. Drive a truck and trailer while following a daily schedule. Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently across all job sites to maintain a secure working environment. Provide mentorship to team members on equipment operation and customer service. Conduct quality inspections of completed work and address any issues promptly to uphold company standards. Experience Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate crew members. Strong background in landscape maintenance and equipment operation. Prior experience operating a zero turn lawn mower, weed whacker, edger, and blower.
