  • Part-time, Full-time, Contract Job Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Laborer/ Supervisor, where you'll play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead and collaborate on diverse projects, from lawn care and landscape maintenance to hardscape installation and tree care. Whether you're performing hands-on tasks or supervising crew members, your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, functional landscapes. All roles are paid, ensuring your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Responsibilities Execute landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and gardening to ensure healthy, attractive outdoor spaces Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Perform lawn care duties such as aerating, fertilizing, and irrigation system installation or repairs Conduct tree trimming, pruning, and tree care to promote safety and aesthetics Manage snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Oversee routine maintenance of landscaping machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance Experience Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related construction fields is highly preferred Knowledge of mechanical systems relevant to landscape equipment and irrigation systems Hands-on experience with lawn care, gardening, snow plowing, and tree care techniques Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices including horticulture principles and hardscape techniques Ability to supervise team members effectively while maintaining safety standards Valid experience in operating equipment such as excavators or other heavy machinery is a plus Zero turn mower, edger, weedeater
