We are willing to train the right person as a Laborer help We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee landscape maintenance and landscaping projects. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise a team of landscape workers, and ensure that all projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of lawn care and gardening creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor environments. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about horticulture and outdoor aesthetics to make a tangible impact while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation or repair Lead landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget Manage a team of landscape crew members by assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance Oversee tree care operations such as trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and vitality Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations Maintain equipment and tools through regular inspections and proper maintenance procedures Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of gardening techniques and plant care Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, digging, and operating landscaping equipment Join us as a Landscape Foreman to shape vibrant outdoor spaces while leading a dedicated team!
